About 3 weeks ago, we lost our heat during an early Sunday morning. My wife woke me up and we began the normal checks, like the thermostat and circuit breaker. Unsuccessful with getting our heat back on, we began looking for a local company that would come out on Sunday. I had noticed signs near our home with the name Chosen Heating and Cooling at some of our neighbor homes. They offered 24 hour service so I called to see if they were available I called and spoke with the owner Mark and I was told, he would be out within the hour. It was getting colder in the house and I have some medical issues that were being affected by the cold weather. Mark was at our home within the hour. He located the problem and made the necessary emergency repairs to get the unit running. A part was needed but he would not be able to obtain it until the following day. Mark returned with the part, installed it and checked the whole unit over. We were thankful for the fast response to our problem. Marks very professional and easy to work with. He explains everything so you understand what he is doing. I would have to say, that the service call and repair were far less expensive than I would have imagined. If your looking for a heating and air company you can count on by all means use Chosen for my next home service
